      The above caption, though alliterative as it may seem, is really begging for a justifiable divine answer. The establishment and consolidation of a church by a person, called of God or leader resulting from the exigencies of the time, undoubtedly must recoup from the ample benefits of his vision.

    It becomes the norm instead of an exception for a theological sol proprietor to pay himself above a threshold and also spend s and when demand is due.

As a divine body, entities or sheep, we are to rebuke ourselves when each of us goes astray. But, take a wild guess, who could call for the auditing of a selfish and ambitious leader’s stewardship? The trustees of a church? I hope not.

    If there is a phase like democratic Accountability, then there must also be a phase like theocratic(theological Accountability).can a church member be excommunicated for prying too much into  head pastor, reverend or bishop’s financial affairs?

    Very often the temptation comes from the congregation. A Mega church headquartered in Accra criticized its head pastor for being a miser. The reason is that he has used a particular brand of a car for far too long without changing it. Wouldn’t such unguarded submissions make morally weak pastors dip their hands into churches kitty or misappropriate funds? The disgrace of okro is cassava’s own shame. We shouldn’t characteristically keep sealed lips over such issues or allow ourselves to be raped by these before we marry Theocratic Accountability, which must be the central plank of religious reform.

       Christians must be knowledgeable because knowledge is the master key to every prison gate of life (John 8:32). The psychological alternative is that, the congregation always feels good when their heads dress modestly.  Sometimes, we believe if they get good food to eat, then their sermons would be a food for thought. But, the voice of a Christian majority is no proof of justice, a man in the right with God on his side is in the majority, even though he, be alone.  

         A performance contract, vis-à-vis churches administration, should be the best objective for the assessment of leaders. Over spending! Over spending! Over spending! Now is the barometer for churches financial identity.We should discuss it, because failure to discuss it would bean unpardonable dereliction of our divine duty.
